These
past few days with you have been enjoyable but confusing. I don’t know if I
will ever have the right words to explain why I left except to say this isn’t
the life I want.
My
mother will be furious and my clan will be disappointed, but most of all, you
will hate me. And that saddens me more than you’ll ever know. There were many
days when I wished I didn’t have to choose. You are one of the most important
people in my life, and I admit there were times when I wanted you to be
enough. I’m sorry to leave like this,
